93/100 R. Parker : „Lorenzon's 2017 Mercurey 1er Cru Champs Martin Rouge was showing especially well, offering up a pretty bouquet of raspberries, plums, potpourri, licorice and a stable hint of dark chocolate. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, deep and layered, with a broad-shouldered frame of powdery tannin, ripe acids and a long, sapid finish. Vinified with two-thirds whole cluster, its effortlessness marks it out as one of the finest renditions of this cuvée that I've tasted.“
